Kristiana Gomez is the Production Manager at Sena Kozar Strategies. As part of the Production team, she assists with all aspects of management, including tracking project timelines and coordinating with internal and external teams through production and post-production.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kristiana graduated from Emerson College with a B.A. in Visual & Media Arts Production. Having developed and implemented organizational processes for multiple film & media companies, she specializes in project management, particularly with troubleshooting and optimizing existing organizational infrastructures.

Previously, as Development & Production Executive at Tradition Pictures, she managed projects from early development through physical and post production. She has also worked as production coordinator for virtual reality nonprofit The Arc/k Project; as a coordinator on various films and television shows including Netflix's "The Kominsky Method"; and as a project coordinator at STARZ.
